Job Summary
Old Town Pharmacy is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role is critical in preparing sterile medications while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. We are looking for someone who values precision, follows processes closely, and takes pride in supporting safe, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform aseptic technique in a cleanroom and laminar airflow hood environment
· Accurately measure, mix, and label medications
· Maintain detailed compounding logs and documentation
· Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
· Clean and maintain sterile compounding areas and equipment
· Assist with inventory management and supply organization
· Work closely with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and patient safety
· Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications
· Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license required
· Sterile compounding experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
· PTCB certification preferred
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment
· Reliable and consistent attendance

Compensation: $19.00 - $19.00 per hour
